Hash-chained audit trail
Every event — sign, open, decline, reminder — is SHA-256 chained. A public /verify page lets any recipient confirm the document and its history haven’t been altered after signing.
ESIGN, UETA, PIPEDA compliant
Built to the US federal e-sign baseline plus Canada’s privacy law. The Electronic Signature Disclosure is shown to every signer; consent is recorded as part of the audit chain.
AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit
Documents and signed deliverables encrypted by Supabase Storage. Magic-link tokens are short-lived JWTs minted server-side.
