Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. By creating an account you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@keendraft.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Sender accounts are gated by plan limits. Recipients sign without an account via magic link.

You agree not to use KeenDraft to:

• Send documents you don't have the right to share.
• Forge signatures or impersonate another person.
• Send unsolicited bulk email or spam.
• Upload malware or attempt to compromise our systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our APIs in ways that degrade the service.
• Violate any law that applies to you in your jurisdiction.

You retain ownership of every document you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and process your documents only as needed to provide the service. We don't use your documents to train AI models.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not generally refund partial periods unless required by law.

We may change plan pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the new price takes effect counts as acceptance.

We work to keep KeenDraft available 24/7 but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be announced in the app where possible. We rely on third-party providers (see our Privacy Policy) and outages on their end may affect KeenDraft.

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are inactive for an extended period, or are involved in chargebacks or fraud. We'll give reasonable notice unless immediate action is necessary to protect other users or our systems.

KeenDraft is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta — unless your local law requires a different venue.

We'll update the "Last updated" date and email account owners when we materially change these terms.
