What counts as an envelope?
An envelope is a single signing transaction — one or more documents sent together to one or more recipients. It counts once regardless of how many signatures or pages it includes.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Prorated charges or credits apply to your next billing cycle automatically.
Do paid plans come with a trial?
Every new account gets 14 days of Pro free — no credit card required. When it ends you can add a card to keep Pro (with 21 more days before your first charge) or drop to the Free plan; nothing is deleted either way. Team and Business are billed from day one. All paid plans include a 14-day refund window.
Are my documents secure?
Yes. AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, and every envelope ships with a tamper-evident hash chain and a public verification page. Business adds SSO, advanced audit export, and provisioning.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
Yes — we offer 30% off Team and Business plans for registered non-profits and accredited educational institutions. Email support@keendraft.com with your details and we'll set it up.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe. Business plans can also pay by invoice and ACH — contact us to arrange.
