Add recipients and place fields

Adding recipients
Open the envelope's Edit page. The right panel lets you add as many recipients as you need. Each gets a unique color chip that's also used to tint the fields they'll fill, so you can see at a glance who's assigned to what.
Placing fields
Drag a field type from the left palette onto any page. The 15 supported types include signature, initials, text, date, dropdown, checkbox, name, email, title, company, and more. Click a placed field to assign it to a recipient and tweak its properties (required, label, options).
Field positions are stored as percentages of the page, so they stay aligned when the signer views the PDF at any zoom level.
Sequential vs parallel
On the Send page you can choose Sequential (signers go one at a time in order) or Parallel (everyone signs whenever they want; envelope completes when the last signer signs). Sequential is the default — change it before clicking Send.
