Send and track envelopes

On the Send page, set an optional message, pick an expiry date, choose a reminder schedule, and optionally require a password. When you click Send KeenDraft emails each recipient (or just the first one, if sequential) and shows you the magic links so you can also share them manually.

The envelope detail page shows a live timeline: each recipient's status (notified, opened, signed, declined), the audit chain head, and recent events. Filter the dashboard by status to see what needs attention.

From the detail page, click Extend expiry to push the expiry date out. If the envelope already expired, the same button reopens it (status flips back to In progress). The change is recorded in the audit trail.
